Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information – Processing job applications, Verifying qualifications and requirements, Confirming application results, Establishing communication channels with applicants, Maintaining a talent database (Talent DB), Providing recruitment information and results
Items of Personal Information Collected – Required Information: Name, email, mobile phone number, final educational institution, major, degree, key work experience, and application details (self-introduction or motivation for application)
Retention and Usage Period of Collected Personal Information – The personal information of job applicants will be destroyed without delay upon withdrawal of consent, request for deletion, or once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, the personal information of job applicants will be stored in the Company’s Talent Database and retained for three years to facilitate ongoing recruitment needs.
Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal – Job applicants may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information for job applications. However, refusal to consent to the collection and use of required information will result in the inability to submit a job application.
